The MUST HAVE for bak kut teh.

Love their Fried Dough Stick. Unlike other chewy fried dough sticks from the various bak kut teh stalls that we frequent, this one comes by as crispy.
As compared to Ya Hwa Bak Kut Teh at PSA, Ng Ah Sio is slightly cheaper (almost insignificant though).
The boy loves Pig Trotters. I don't have a particular liking for it. It's passable imo.

And here comes the star for the morning! Their soup is one of their own as it comes by as a very thick soup base + hot, something that other stalls might have lost.

Always find their bak kut teh hotter than the other stalls that we frequent. It's in fact the main factor that is stopping us from returning very often. Minus the spicyness, everything is perfect actually.

and oh! Their chinese tea is pretty sweet. Good to counter the spicy effect coming from the soup. ;) Water is boiled with charcoal. I just love eating at such places. The charcoal smell reminds me of my grandmother and her wonderful rice dumplings. =x

If you have realised, their menu is traditional, with intestines and all. They do not sell Mee Sua or Preserved Vegetables like Founder BKT or even Ya Hwa BKT.
