Yes! I am back from HK! By practicing social responsibility, I am now under self-quarantine. If I am still safe by Friday night, I am clear of the A/H1N1. ;) The trip had been fruitful. Have never regretted going there at all. =P

Stayed in the same old Hotel that I've stayed in during my last visit. Nothing has changed much there. Roads are still familiar, MTR as usual. Hand sanitizers are everywhere as a preventive measure to the flu bug. Occasional PA announcements telling others to avoid traveling/crowds when sick, to throw the dirty tissue papers carefully, etc. I seriously believe that HK is much more careful towards H1N1 as compared to Singapore. For a population of 7'mil, 300 is not a figure that big. Singapore appears to be the only country whom does not require any health declaration that I know of. Both Macau and HK require us to declare where we have been to, etc.

The leg room at the Jetstar is pathetic.. Yes, my first trip on a budget airline! It's ok for me though since I am small-sized. But look at the boy's space..

We concluded that we won't mind paying a bit more for a better flight, unless budget air is really that SUPER cheap at promotions! Else, it's always better to take the budget flight at night. Even newspapers cost money on board. =(

Both the boy and myself love traveling. We began with occasional quarrels when we first started traveling together. But at the 5th trip now, we have learnt a lot about each other's tempers and character. The boy is beginning to prepare himself with all the relevant info before we set off for the day. And the quarrels are avoided despite hiccups on our last day of travel (something which always happen).

We are looking forward to returning back to HK again! But our next trip will be to Japan. A place where the boy wanted to go so much (though I would love to join Luigi at Shanghai). In the meanwhile, it's back to saving and earning $$ again! ;)

P.s. It's so fun to have friends who are all over the different parts of the world. Luigi called me when I was in Macau. He thought I was in Shanghai. And since he is in Shanghai at that point of time, he wanted to hang out with me. LOL. If only I was there ya? =P Next time perhaps. I'll be back in Shanghai soon! ;)

The stinky sharks fin...

I don't like fishy smell.. sorry.. =(

The funny fish that is rubberyy... hmmm

Broccoli with big succulent prawns

the chicken that my dad insisted on having..

P.s. I find the chicken in HK more fatty than those we have in Singapore. They don't remove the fats.

Goose feet? o_O

Max damage HKD 700+ with complementary bottle of red wine.

Being in HK, how can the boy and I have missed Ajisen! It's so much better than the ones in Singapore. And they are opened up to 1am every day!

Not forgetting the Modern Toilet Restaurant that the boy dreams of every night...

Itamae Sushi! One of the better Japanese Joint in HK!

I am flying on a jet plane tomorrow morning at 6+am.

Life has been pretty busy of late with all the meetings going on. Am going to help my friends to play host to some Koreans coming from KUT after I got back from my trip. Oh well ~

It's countdown to my leaving for the airport at 4.15am in the morning and I have a couple of things that I need to do. Have yet to finish packing my clothes and I have to dig out the other sleeping bag for the Juxtapose comm, send it to them before I leave tomorrow. Their camp coincides with my trip. AND! They are so pro to have managed to attract 90 campers to join them! hahahahahhaa!!! =D

Got to leave the house at 10.30am later to ensure that I made it in time for an important function at 12pm. After the lunch, I would have to go back to school with my boss for another meeting at 4pm. Following which, if I have the time, I am going over to my uncle's house to accompany my two sweet pies in the birthday cards making. Everything must end ASAP before I find myself short of time.. >_<

And yeah! I am travelling again! But this time it's for my cousin whose birthday is coming in 2 days time. ;)

After being with us for almost 6 months now, and having furby to reject all of us, the boy is finally reading up on rabbits in forums. Until now right? LOL. Furby is cooperating well with us as we try to get its trust. I'm starting to feed him baby carrots whenever I drop by.

Attended Juxtapose pre-camp for the past 2 days. It's a tiring yet fun camp alright! But I won't be in Singapore during the period. hmmmmm..
