The itinerary that I have made for our Pengarang trip last Sunday.

Assemble at the Changi Jetty.
** Try to have a light breakfast before you arrive (esp for those who have motion sickness)

Depart from Singapore

Arrival at the Pengarang Jetty (Collect town map)

Tea & Toilet break at Pengarang Town Centre

After Breakfast, depart for Desaru Fruit Farm via taxi

Guided farm 100 acres, Natural tropical fruit land
Visit to our agriculture gallery, fish pond and vegetable and herb garden
Visit the petting zoo
Educational talk on bees and tasting of raw honey.
Comes with complimentary fruit platter

Total cost breakdown:
SGD $18 for two way bum boat ride SG-Tg Pengelih-Sg
RM 120/car for chartered taxi ride
RM 18/pax for fruit farm tour
RM 40/pax for lobster lunch w other seafood (lobster is ard RM 110/kg, 1kg is enough to feed 8)
** The bumboat will only leave if there are 12 pax, else one might have to pay extra for the trip. Many times, the uncles will take in more than 12 pax *I went with 13 and came back with 14 people* hAhahhaa.. =P
Price for the taxi charter can be bargained. ;)
Fruit farm has nothing much for the tour. It serves to introduce the various fruits and plants to you. Their fruit packet is not nice at all. =(
We had lobster + lala + baby sotong and some other common dishes. 6 dishes for 7 person cost us only RM 27 per person.
