Finally had my movie week marathon that I long missed. Alvin and the Chipmunks 2 - The Squeakquel is definitely for those who are much in love with the cute little chipmunks. Storyline is almost non-existent in the movie. Or perhaps, it's just an everyday, 'kid, you got to go to school' scenario. Yes, school bullying is involved in the movie. But nope, it's not addressed to in the movie. Bully-bully, hidden potential found in victim, and end of bullying. For weird reasons, the chipettes arrived at uncle Ian's old office building, looking for him, not knowing that the self-centered man was long being fired. The rest of the story is just ridiculous and it seems so badly tied up together. I shan't say more in case it become a spoiler. Out of a scale of 10, I won't give it more than 5 for its effort. The songs isn't as nice as that of Chipmunks 1 either. That was another big disappointment. :(
On a side note, I have received a new bicycle for Christmas this year! Because of it, I got on my first night cycling that same night. Now I get to go cycling whenever I feel like it! ;)
